Jim Gordon was an accomplished drummer, songwriter, and session musician best known for his work with some of the biggest names in rock and roll. Over the course of his career, Gordon played with a wide range of artists, including The Beach Boys, George Harrison, and John Lennon, among others. Despite his many accomplishments, Gordon’s life was also marked by tragedy. He struggled with mental illness and he was eventually diagnosed with schizophrenia.
