When my sister was 4 years old, she would regularly wake in the night screaming in terror. She would look through anybody who came not recognising them at all, her eyes would dart around the room. It always took a while to calm her down and get her normal and recognising everyone again.
When I asked her what it is that scares her she said “The shadow people are dancing around my room, the girls have no hair and the boys have long hair, the grown ups are babies and the children are long.”
I found it creepy when she told me. I hadn’t thought of it until I posted about it on a creepy video I watched. I thought I would make a creepy piano piece for the shadow people.
